About Gaming For Pixels

The “Gaming For Pixels” campaign is an anti-Violence Against Women (VAW) campaign created to:

• Build a supportive community of gamers who will be a force for good in helping end VAW in their communities worldwide.
• Collaborate with gamers and creators as part of wider gaming community efforts to make gaming safe and welcoming for women and girls.
• Provide platforms for gamers to speak out, raise funds, and take action to end VAW.

The Spring Slam 2017 will be the first in an ongoing programme of online activities raising awareness and sparking constructive conversations amongst gamers about VAW via social media channels and event formats that the online gaming community is familiar with such as livestreaming, game jams etc.
